System One, a leading biotechnology company, is hiring a Manufacturing Associate at our Novato, Marin County facility. This full-time, on-site position offers competitive compensation and the opportunity to support pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing operations.
About the Role
We're seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join our production team in Novato. You'll work evening and overnight shifts, contributing to our manufacturing operations with precision, attention to quality, and commitment to regulatory standards in a biotechnology environment.
What You'll Do
- Execute manufacturing processes according to standard operating procedures and quality specifications
- Operate and maintain production equipment used in biotechnology manufacturing
- Monitor product quality and report deviations or issues to your supervisor
- Complete required documentation and maintain accurate manufacturing records
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment aligned with facility standards
- Support quality assurance and regulatory compliance initiatives
- Collaborate effectively with your manufacturing team during assigned shifts
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering discipline
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or a related technical field
- Availability to work evening and overnight shifts: Sunday through Tuesday, 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., plus alternating Saturdays
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with precision
- Reliability and consistent punctuality
- Capacity to perform in a regulated, fast-paced manufacturing setting
Compensation and Schedule
This full-time Manufacturing Associate position in Novato offers $28.00 per hour with shift differential. You'll work Sunday through Tuesday, 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with alternating Saturday shifts.
