Your Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for interventional radiology procedures, including positioning, draping, and equipment setup
• Operate and monitor advanced imaging equipment during IR examinations and interventional guidance
• Assist interventional radiologists during procedures, anticipating needs and ensuring procedural efficiency
• Maintain sterile technique and enforce radiation safety protocols to protect patients and clinical staff
• Manage patient records, document imaging data, and ensure compliance with departmental standards
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime
• Communicate clearly with the care team to ensure seamless procedure coordination

What You Bring

• Current ARRT certification (Radiologic Technologist) or equivalent credential
• Active state licensure as a Radiology Technician in North Carolina or reciprocal qualifications
• Proven experience in interventional radiology or advanced imaging environments
• Strong technical proficiency with imaging systems and procedural equipment
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Professional communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care
