As a Front Office Agent, you'll serve as a key member of our guest services team, welcoming visitors and setting the tone for their entire stay with us. What You'll Do
- Check guests in and out efficiently while maintaining a welcoming demeanor
- Answer inquiries about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining options, and available services
- Process reservations, room modifications, and guest requests accurately
- Handle billing, payments, and account reconciliation with precision
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain guest records and communicate effectively with other departments
- Support bell desk and housekeeping operations as needed
- Keep the front desk organized, stocked, and guest-ready at all times
What We're Looking For
- Genuine hospitality mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in hospitality, customer service, or a guest-facing role
- Comfort with hotel management systems and computer proficiency
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Attention to detail and capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Professional appearance and composed demeanor under pressure
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred
