What You'll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and physician recommendations
- Deliver direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and functional mobility training
- Document patient progress, maintain detailed clinical records, and communicate with the healthcare team
- Adapt treatment protocols based on patient response and changing clinical needs
- Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in South Carolina
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or higher (DPT required for most settings)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
