As a full-time travel contract based in Columbus, you'll bring your registered nursing expertise to a busy intensive care setting while enjoying the variety and flexibility that travel nursing provides.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit.
• Continuously assess, monitor, and document patient status, responding swiftly to changes in condition.
• Administer medications, manage advanced equipment, and support life-sustaining interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the wider care team to coordinate treatment plans.
• Communicate compassionately with patients and families during the night shift.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license valid for practice in the assignment state.
• Demonstrated clinical experience in an ICU or intensive care environment.
• Comfort working 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced, high-acuity unit.
• Strong critical-thinking, assessment, and communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate temporarily to Columbus, Hempstead County for the duration of the contract.
