The position runs for 13 weeks at 36 hours per week, scheduled across 12-hour evening shifts, with an anticipated start date of July 27, 2026. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct patient care to individuals presenting with acute injuries, illnesses, and emergencies in the ED setting.
  • Perform rapid triage, assessment, and prioritization of patients based on the severity of their condition.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with established clinical protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, fellow nurses, and the wider care team to stabilize patients and coordinate next steps.
  • Monitor patient status throughout 12-hour evening shifts and document care accurately and promptly.

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure valid for practice in Maryland.
  • Demonstrated clinical experience within an Emergency Department (ED) specialty.
  • Availability to commit to a 13-week assignment at 36 hours per week on 12-hour evening shifts.
  • Ability to relocate to or commute within the Baltimore, Baltimore County area for the duration of the contract.
