Malone Healthcare - Nursing is hiring an experienced Travel Cath Lab Radiology Technologist for a full-time travel position based in Alamance, Alamance County, North Carolina. This allied health assignment spans 13 weeks at 40 hours per week, scheduled as 10-hour day shifts beginning July 20, 2026. Key Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and interventional cardiology procedures in the Cath Lab.
- Operate radiologic imaging equipment to capture clear, diagnostic-quality images.
- Prepare and position patients while maintaining comfort, safety, and dignity throughout each procedure.
- Follow established radiation safety protocols and infection control standards.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures, communicating changes to the clinical team.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure equipment readiness between cases.
Qualifications
- Active certification and licensure as a Radiology Technologist appropriate for North Carolina practice.
- Demonstrated experience working in a Cath Lab or interventional cardiology setting.
- Background as an Allied Health Professional with strong imaging and patient-care skills.
- Availability to commit to the full 13-week, 40-hour-per-week schedule on 10-hour day shifts.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and the readiness to start a travel assignment on July 20, 2026.
