As a Flex Evening Patrol Armed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will provide a visible, trusted security presence across assigned locations in Sierra, Washoe County. The "flex" nature of this position means you may cover a range of evening posts and patrol assignments, adapting to client needs while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out armed foot and vehicle patrols of client premises during evening hours to deter and identify potential threats.
• Respond calmly and decisively to alarms, incidents, and emergencies as they arise.
• Observe surroundings closely and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, and policy violations with accuracy.
• Manage access points, verify credentials, and assist visitors, employees, and members of the public.
• Document shift events in clear, thorough written reports.
• Enforce site procedures while maintaining a courteous, customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• A valid Armed Guard Card is required for this role.
• Availability to work full-time evening shifts with flexibility across patrol assignments.
