As a Travel CVICU Registered Nurse with HCS 247, you'll work a 12-hour night shift within a 36-hour weekly schedule, providing intensive care for critically ill cardiac and cardiovascular surgery patients. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess critically ill cardiovascular patients using advanced telemetry and hemodynamic monitoring equipment
• Administer medications, manage IV therapies, and coordinate pain management protocols
• Provide post-operative care for cardiac surgery patients and manage urgent interventions for cardiac emergencies
• Document clinical assessments, vital signs, and patient responses with precision and timeliness

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in North Carolina
• Minimum 1–2 years of direct CVICU or intensive care nursing experience

• Ability to manage rapid patient acuity changes and complex post-operative scenarios independently
