About the Role
American Traveler is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled RN to join our team as a travel nurse specializing in behavioral health. This 13-week assignment will be based in Fayetteville, North Carolina, with a commitment of 48 hours per week during night shifts.
Core Duties
- Evaluate and treat patients experiencing mental health issues.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions as needed.
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Document patient interactions and treatment progress accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures.
What You Bring
- A current RN license valid in North Carolina or a compact state.
- Active BLS certification.
- At least 1 year of recent experience in behavioral health nursing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior travel nursing experience is preferred but not required.
