Vivian Health is seeking a new graduate Registered Nurse (RN) for their Behavioral Health Geriatrics team in Morganton, NC. As part of the HCA Healthcare Residency Program, you will receive comprehensive training and support to excel in your role.
Core Duties
- Evaluate patient conditions and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Assess and address the physical, emotional, and social needs of elderly patients in a behavioral health setting
- Document patient care activities accurately and maintain confidentiality
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
