About the Role
This position offers a full-time opportunity as a Graduate Nurse in Behavioral Health Inpatient at Wellspan Health. The role involves working flexible 8 and 12-hour shifts, with options for Days (7 am to 3:30 pm or 3 pm to 3 pm) or Evenings (3 pm to 11:30 pm or 3 pm to 3 am). Every other weekend rotating holidays are required. The position is based in Lebanon County and offers a full-time schedule of 80 hours biweekly.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a behavioral health setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
- Assess and document patient conditions, treatments, and progress
- Support the mental health needs of patients through therapeutic interventions
- Participate in shift rotations for both day and evening shifts
- Work every other weekend with rotating holidays
