Role Overview

The Translation Manager at Bosch Group is responsible for overseeing and managing all translation projects within the marketing department. This role involves ensuring that all translations adhere to quality standards while also maintaining consistency in language across various materials.

What You'll Do

• Liaise with internal teams and external translators to manage translation projects efficiently.

• Develop and maintain style guides and terminology databases to ensure consistency in translations.
• Conduct quality checks on completed translations to guarantee accuracy and adherence to brand voice.
• Collaborate with localization teams to optimize translation processes and improve efficiency.

Who We're Looking For

• A proven track record in managing large-scale translation projects.
• Fluency in at least two languages, including Portuguese.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience using translation management systems (TMS) and terminology databases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams.
