Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources Management)
• Affinity for human resources and interest in contributing to the success of an international company
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bilingual (German and English) is preferred but not required
