TN – Insurance Sales Specialist

American Senior Benefits LLC is hiring a full-time Insurance Sales Specialist to join its Concord Farragut, Knox County team — a role built for driven professionals who want meaningful work protecting the financial futures of seniors in their community.

About the Role

As an Insurance Sales Specialist with American Senior Benefits, you'll work directly with retirees across the Knox County area, helping them navigate the coverage options available to safeguard their retirement income. This is an in-person, community-facing position — not remote — where your daily work translates into real protection for real people. What You'll Do

• Schedule and conduct consultations with senior clients to assess their insurance needs and income protection goals
• Present and explain Medicare, life insurance, and supplemental coverage products in plain language
• Build a sustainable book of business through referrals, community outreach, and relationship-based selling
• Guide clients through enrollment and application processes with accuracy and care
• Stay current on carrier product updates, compliance requirements, and industry regulations
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet individual and branch production goals

What We're Looking For

• Active Tennessee insurance license (or willingness to obtain one before starting)
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and communicate clearly with older adults
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a disciplined work ethic
• Strong interpersonal and consultative sales skills
• Comfort working independently in the field while staying connected to a supportive team
• Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or senior-market sales is a plus but not required
