What You'll Do

• Facilitate recreational and social programs designed for individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities
• Support program participants in engaging safely and meaningfully in sports, games, and community activities
• Assist with inclusion services that help people with disabilities participate in mainstream recreational programs
• Create inclusive, welcoming environments where all participants feel valued and supported
• Communicate effectively with participants, families, and other team members

Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively with individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and availability for part-time hours
• Physical ability to participate in recreational activities and support participants as needed
• Commitment to creating inclusive, respectful spaces for all ability levels
