About the Role

As a Teller Retail Banker, you'll be the face of Woodforest National Bank, delivering exceptional service to customers at our Mesquite location. You'll handle day-to-day banking transactions, solve customer needs on the spot, and represent the bank's commitment to relationship-driven banking. This role combines customer service excellence with financial acumen in a fast-paced retail banking environment.

What You'll Do

• Process customer deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other routine transactions with accuracy and efficiency
• Provide personalized service and financial guidance to help customers meet their banking needs
• Manage cash handling, reconciliation, and compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services
• Maintain detailed records and ensure accuracy in all transactions using bank systems
• Build long-term customer relationships that strengthen the bank's community presence
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver consistent, welcoming service

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; banking or customer service experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy in handling financial transactions
• Genuine interest in customer service and relationship building
• Reliability, professionalism, and integrity in all interactions
• Ability to learn banking systems and procedures quickly
• Comfortable handling cash and maintaining strict compliance standards
