About the Role

As a Technology Strategy Principal Director focused on the insurance industry, you will guide carriers and insurers through industry-relevant reinventions that unlock exceptional value from technology. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Dallas–Irving area, where you will shape strategy at the intersection of innovation, business outcomes, and emerging technology. You will work alongside teams whose ambition is to be the world's foremost advisors on using technology to reimagine and strengthen every business.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver technology strategies tailored to the insurance sector, aligning each initiative with clear business value.
• Lead reinvention programs that modernize how insurance organizations operate, compete, and serve their customers.
