BeyondTrust is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in a hybrid role based in Manchester, UK, where you'll help shape the people strategy behind our fast-growing International Sales organisation and advance our mission of building a safer digital world through cybersecurity SaaS.

About the Role

As the HR Business Partner for International Sales, you will act as a trusted adviser to leaders and employees throughout the EMEA and APAC regions. This Manchester-based, full-time hybrid position sits at the heart of BeyondTrust's global sales growth, blending strategic partnership with hands-on HR consultation. You'll champion our culture and values in every market we serve while balancing the needs of our people with the goals of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate as the central HR point of contact for the International Sales unit, leading core initiatives and tailored projects across EMEA and APAC.
  • Cultivate trusted relationships with senior leaders and people managers to anticipate and respond to changing business needs.
  • Work alongside Sales leadership to craft people strategies that strengthen commercial performance, sales culture, and organisational health.
  • Guide talent programmes spanning performance management, career growth, succession planning, salary reviews, and annual performance cycles.
  • Coach managers to lead effectively across remote and cross-cultural international teams, and partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring and workforce planning.
  • Handle complex employee relations matters, interpreting local employment law across multiple jurisdictions while upholding global BeyondTrust policy.
  • Advise on organisational change, restructures, and transitions, and analyse people data to surface insights that improve organisational health.
  • Collaborate with Total Rewards, HR Operations, and Learning & Development to deliver a seamless employee experience and champion inclusion and belonging.

Qualifications

  • Ideally 4+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, preferably supporting international or global sales organisations.
  • Proven track record operating across EMEA and/or APAC markets with strong command of regional employment law and cultural nuance.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders on people strategy and manage complex, multi-jurisdiction employee relations.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication, sharp business acumen, and a data-driven approach to identifying trends.
  • Highest standards of confidentiality, sound judgement, and a collaborative, cross-functional mindset.
  • Nice to have: SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or equivalent certification; SaaS, technology, or cybersecurity sales experience; knowledge of UK, German, French, Dutch, Australian, Singaporean, or Japanese employment law; and proficiency with HRIS and people analytics tools.
