What You'll Do

- Support the Chief Pool Lifeguard with daily pool operations and facility coordination
- Perform pool maintenance, equipment inspections, and water quality monitoring
- Enforce safety regulations and facility rules consistently
What We're Looking For
- Current lifeguard certification or demonstrated ability to obtain certification
- Proficiency in swimming and diving with water rescue capability
- Ability to teach swimming or aquatic safety to varied age groups
- CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to pursue training
- Reliable availability and flexibility for as-needed scheduling
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with the public
- Commitment to safety and adherence to operational standards
