SVP Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, & Project Management

American Regent is seeking an experienced Senior Vice President of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Project Management to lead critical operations at our New Albany, Franklin County facility. This is a full-time executive role where you'll drive strategic initiatives and ensure operational excellence across multiple functions that are essential to our business.

About the Role

As SVP of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Project Management at American Regent in New Albany, you'll oversee integrated operations spanning production, regulatory compliance, logistics, and major project execution. This high-impact leadership position requires setting strategic direction, building and mentoring a large team, and ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance standards are met at every level.

What You'll Do

• Lead pharmaceutical manufacturing operations to meet production targets, regulatory requirements, and quality benchmarks
• Direct quality assurance and compliance programs to ensure adherence to FDA and industry standards
• Oversee supply chain strategy and execution to optimize sourcing, inventory, and distribution
• Manage capital projects and operational initiatives that drive continuous improvement
• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team of managers and specialists across all functions
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership on strategic planning and business objectives
• Drive process improvements, cost optimization, and risk mitigation across the portfolio

What We're Looking For

• 20+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality, supply chain, or related fields
• Demonstrated success in SVP or equivalent C-suite leadership roles
• Deep knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP compliance, and pharmaceutical industry standards
• Proven ability to lead large, complex organizations through change and growth
• Strong strategic thinking combined with operational execution capability
• Experience managing capital projects and driving operational efficiency
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
