Supportive Services Manager -CCRFC

Join The Road Home as a Supportive Services Manager –CCRFC and lead critical program delivery efforts in Cushing, Salt Lake County. This full-time role places you at the center of our mission to help individuals and families transition from homelessness back into stable community living.

About the Role

As Supportive Services Manager –CCRFC, you'll oversee the coordination and delivery of supportive services programming designed to address the complex needs of clients exiting emergency shelter. Your leadership ensures that case management, social services, and community connections work seamlessly to support sustainable housing and long-term stability for the people we serve in the Cushing area and Salt Lake County.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and mentor a team of case managers and supportive services staff, ensuring quality client care and program fidelity
• Coordinate service delivery across emergency shelter, rapid rehousing, and permanent supportive housing programs
• Develop and strengthen community partnerships that expand access to mental health, employment, education, and health services for clients
• Monitor program outcomes and client progress toward housing stability and independence goals
• Ensure compliance with program standards, funding requirements, and organizational policies
• Participate in intake assessments and case conferencing to address client barriers and plan service responses
• Contribute to continuous program improvement and evidence-based practice adoption

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, public health, or related field, or equivalent professional experience in case management or social services
• Minimum two years of direct case management or program coordination experience, preferably in homelessness services
• Strong supervisory and team-building capabilities with demonstrated ability to motivate staff
• Excellent communication, cultural competency, and ability to work effectively with diverse, vulnerable populations
• Proficiency with data systems and program evaluation; experience with supportive services software a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
