About the Role

As a Warehouse Automation Manager at Deloitte, you will join a collaborative group of strategy advisors, solution architects, and hands-on implementers who guide clients through meaningful business transformations. Based on-site in West Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, this full-time position centers on strengthening supply chain performance, modernizing warehouse and distribution capabilities, and unlocking measurable gains in growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients in designing, deploying, and optimizing automated warehouse and supply chain solutions.
• Translate business goals into practical technology roadmaps that improve fulfillment speed, accuracy, and cost.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams of advisors, architects, and implementers to deliver end-to-end transformations.
• Apply leading supply network capabilities — including smart factory concepts and supply chain strategy — to maximize client value.
• Lead project execution, aligning stakeholders and ensuring solutions support each client's efficiency and growth ambitions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing warehouse automation, supply chain, or operations transformation initiatives.
• Strong grasp of supply network technologies and modern fulfillment processes.
• Proven ability to bridge business strategy and technical implementation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in West Milwaukee, Milwaukee County (this role is not remote).
