Support Worker

About the Role

We're seeking dedicated Support Workers who are passionate about enabling independence and dignity for the individuals in our care. This full-time position offers meaningful work where you'll support people in their daily lives, help them build confidence, and contribute to their wellbeing and goals. You'll be part of a team united by the mission of integrated community care delivered with respect and genuine investment in outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct support with daily living activities, tailored to each person's individual needs and preferences
• Build trusting relationships and advocate for the people you support
• Contribute to and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with your team
• Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming environments
• Document progress and communicate observations with supervisors and care coordinators
• Support clients in accessing community activities, employment, education, or other meaningful pursuits
• Work flexibly within a supportive team environment led by compassionate managers

• Ability to communicate effectively and listen actively

• Willingness to learn and follow organizational policies and care protocols
• Physical capability for the demands of the role, which may include assisting with mobility or daily tasks
• A person-centered approach—putting individual choice, dignity, and goals first
