Phoenix Union High School District 210 is seeking a full-time Student Liaison to support student success and engagement at Linda Abril Educational Academy in Phoenix, Maricopa County. This classified support staff position reports to the Counseling Department and runs for 9.5 months throughout the school year.
About the Role
The Student Liaison serves as a vital connection between students, families, and school resources. You'll work directly with students to understand their needs, progress, and challenges, then help connect them with the support services and resources they need to succeed academically and personally.
What You'll Do
- Gather and document information about student progress, attendance, and engagement
- Provide direct support and guidance to students navigating academic and personal challenges
- Serve as a bridge between students, families, and school counseling and administrative staff
- Help identify and connect students with appropriate school resources, support programs, and external services
- Build positive relationships with students and foster a supportive school environment
- Maintain confidential records and communicate effectively with school teams
- Participate in student success initiatives and school engagement programs
