Store Manager

Manage daily operations and lead a high-performing team as a Store Manager at our McDonald's franchise location in Fort Chiswell, Wythe County. This is a full-time position with a dynamic, growing restaurant operator.

As Store Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, from customer service and food quality to financial performance and team development. This role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated staff, optimize restaurant efficiency, and drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate a team of crew members and assistant managers across all shifts
• Ensure consistent food quality, preparation standards, and customer service excellence
• Manage daily inventory, ordering, and supply chain to optimize costs and minimize waste
• Oversee restaurant cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and health and safety compliance
• Monitor financial performance, including sales, labor costs, and profitability targets
• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure positive resolution
• Train and develop team members, conducting performance reviews and coaching sessions
• Manage scheduling to ensure adequate staffing while controlling labor expenses
• Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and company operational standards
• Support marketing initiatives and community engagement activities

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant or retail management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
• Financial acumen and experience managing budgets, P&L, and operational metrics
• Problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness in fast-paced environments
• Customer service orientation and commitment to guest satisfaction
• Knowledge of food safety, health codes, and restaurant operations
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Reliable transportation for commuting to Fort Chiswell

About This Opportunity

This position is with a McDonald's franchisee — an independent operator licensed to run the restaurant and serve McDonald's menu items. As the franchisee is a separate employer from McDonald's USA, benefits, pay, and other employment terms are determined by the franchisee.
