Mountainwarehouse is recruiting a Store Manager for its Canberra (CAB) location. This full-time role places you at the centre of store leadership, team development and commercial results in a high-energy retail setting.
About This Position
As Store Manager at Mountainwarehouse in Canberra (CAB) you will carry complete accountability for trading performance and day-to-day running of the branch. The position calls for someone who can lift team results, keep operations fluid and place customer experience front of mind while building a constructive workplace climate. You will balance commercial targets with people-focused leadership to ensure the store thrives.
Your Responsibilities
- Direct and motivate store colleagues so the team consistently meets performance goals and delivers high-quality service
