Core Duties

• Direct the complete hardware design lifecycle from early architecture through detailed implementation and production readiness
• Produce accurate schematics, evaluate component selections, and provide guidance during layout and fabrication stages
• Conduct extensive simulations, timing analyses, and integrity checks to confirm design performance under varied conditions
• Partner closely with software, mechanical, and manufacturing specialists to align hardware interfaces and constraints
• Diagnose and resolve intricate technical obstacles that emerge during development, bring-up, and testing phases
• Mentor mid-level and junior hardware designers while sharing best practices and review techniques
• Compile clear design documentation, test plans, and verification reports for knowledge transfer and audit readiness
• Verify that finished designs satisfy reliability targets, thermal limits, and applicable electrical standards

What We're Looking For

• Substantial hands-on background at senior or staff level in hardware design engineering with proven delivery of intricate systems
• Mastery of mainstream electronic design automation suites for schematic entry, circuit simulation, and board review
• Solid command of analog and digital design fundamentals, power distribution, and high-speed signal behavior
