Sr Marketing Strategist WFH

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Sr Marketing Strategist for a full-time position based in City of Sunrise, Broward County. This role offers the opportunity to drive comprehensive marketing strategy and brand leadership within one of the nation's largest healthcare providers, HealthTrust Workforce Solutions.

About the Role

As Senior Marketing Strategist, you'll develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that advance HCA Healthcare's market position and drive patient acquisition and engagement. This position demands both strategic vision and hands-on leadership, combining big-picture planning with accountability for measurable results.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities
• Lead cross-functional marketing planning and oversee campaign strategy from concept through launch and performance analysis
• Develop marketing budgets and manage resource allocation to achieve maximum ROI and operational efficiency
• Analyze healthcare market trends, competitive positioning, and patient insights to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate with operations, clinical leadership, communications, and business development teams
• Mentor marketing team members and contribute to professional development and capability building
• Monitor marketing performance metrics, track key indicators, and report outcomes to leadership
• Stay current with healthcare marketing practices, digital channel strategies, and industry regulatory changes

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of marketing experience with a minimum of 2 years in a senior strategic capacity
• Demonstrated success developing and executing marketing strategies in healthcare or complex organizational settings
• Strong analytical capabilities with proven ability to leverage data for strategy and performance measurement
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Leadership experience and track record mentoring and developing marketing professionals
• Project management expertise managing multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously
• Understanding of healthcare market dynamics, regulations, and patient acquisition strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline
