About This Position
Vail Resorts is seeking an ambitious leader to join our team as a Sr. Manager in Relationship Marketing. Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that enhance guest loyalty and engagement across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and product development to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Create compelling content that resonates with our diverse guest base, utilizing various media formats such as email campaigns, social media, and website updates.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Proven track record of driving successful marketing initiatives that have positively impacted guest loyalty and engagement metrics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
