Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain advanced analytics models to support marketing strategies
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights for client businesses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or data science roles
- Proficiency in statistical software and programming languages such as R, Python, SQL
- Strong understanding of regression analysis, machine learning algorithms, and predictive modeling techniques
- Experience with big data platforms and tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
- Excellent communication skills to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
- A proven track record in delivering actionable insights through data-driven decision-making
