The Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Relationship Manager to lead business development and customer engagement in the Construction Equipment (CE) segment. This role involves enhancing the deposit base, cross-selling financial products, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving branch profitability.

Core Duties

• Elevate the bank's presence within the Construction Equipment market by building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a robust customer engagement strategy to foster long-term partnerships.
• Enhance deposit base through effective marketing and sales initiatives tailored to the CE segment.
• Cross-sell financial products such as loans, credit cards, and insurance to existing and potential customers.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Contribute to branch profitability by meeting or exceeding set targets.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail banking sector.
• Strong background in managing and growing relationships with customers in the Construction Equipment segment.
• Demonstrated success in driving business growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance practices in the financial services industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
