About This Position
We are seeking a Senior Manager – Procurement Operations to drive the transformation, optimisation, and performance of our end-to-end procurement function. As a high-impact leader, you will own procurement operations across the business with full autonomy over decision-making and visibility of enterprise-wide spend.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive strategic initiatives to enhance procurement processes and strategies
- Optimise cost structures while maintaining quality standards
- Develop and implement procurement policies, procedures, and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of procurement goals with business objectives
- Analyse spend data to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Who We're Looking For
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in procurement operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to lead transformational change within an organisation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
- Adept at managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
- Experience with procurement software and systems
