The Opportunity
We are seeking a Facilities Operations & Space Management Lead to support our Head in managing and maintaining offices, laboratories, and related facilities in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide). You will collaborate with contractors and vendors for repairs, maintenance, and procurement activities. The role involves conducting monthly site inspections, managing the facilities booking system, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors for facility management tasks such as repairs, maintenance, and procurement.
- Conduct monthly site inspections to ensure all facilities are in good condition and comply with safety standards.
- Manage the facilities booking system to allocate space efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or related field, preferably within an office/lab setting.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with contractors, vendors, and colleagues.
- Familiarity with facility maintenance software and booking systems.
