The Opportunity
Applydigital, a leading Agentic Customer Experience (ACx) partner for global brands, is seeking a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to join our rapidly growing full-service Martech team. This role will be integral in managing and executing marketing automation projects across multiple platforms, contributing to the success of our expanding client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain HTML, CSS, and platform-specific code for email campaigns and other marketing initiatives.
- Implement dynamic logic within templates to ensure seamless content delivery across various marketing channels.
- Perform quality assurance (QA) testing in multiple marketing platforms to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative and strategy, to deliver high-quality personalized experiences for clients.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Marketing Automation Specialist or similar role.
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, and platform-specific code (e.g., Salesforce Pardot, Marketo).
- Experience with email production and cross-channel content strategy.
- Aptitude for problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
