About the Role

As a Field Marketing Manager at Cyera, you will play a pivotal role in driving marketing initiatives and campaigns to support sales teams across Latin America. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring that our brand resonates effectively within the region.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute localized marketing strategies tailored to the LATAM market.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify and prioritize lead generation opportunities.
• Organize and manage events, webinars, and other promotional activities that drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Analyze campaign performance data to optimize future initiatives and improve ROI.
• Maintain strong relationships with key partners and influencers within the LATAM region.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in field marketing, preferably in a technology or B2B environment.
• Proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns that resulted in increased sales leads and revenue.
• Fluency in Spanish is required; proficiency in English is preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms such as CRM, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
• A proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
