As a Senior Associate Sales Engineer, you will be at the forefront of supporting our sales team in delivering technical expertise during pre-sales engagements. What You'll Do

• Support the Pre-Sales team by designing, planning, and delivering Proof of Concepts (POCs) and technical validations for assigned opportunities.
• Execute defined pre-sales tasks within the sales cycle with guidance from senior Systems Engineers.
• Participate in customer calls and technical conversations, progressively taking ownership of smaller components with support.
• Build proficiency across the Extreme Networks portfolio while specializing in one area to enhance your expertise.
• Assist with product demonstrations, trade shows, seminars, and internal demonstration facilities.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Basic understanding of networking principles and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, VLANs).
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work.
