About the Role

As a Special Education Teacher with Epic Special Education Staffing, you'll support K–12 students with individualized education plans (IEPs) in a school-based setting in West Liberty, Logan County. This is a full-time, on-site position (not remote) tied to the full 2026–2027 academic calendar at roughly 30 hours per week. Both local and travel opportunities are available to match your preferences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) for assigned students.
• Deliver specialized instruction tailored to each learner's goals and abilities.
• Track student progress and document outcomes in line with district and state requirements.
• Partner with general education teachers, families, and support staff to create inclusive learning environments.
• Complete the full school-year assignment to remain eligible for the available completion bonus.

Qualifications

• Appropriate state certification or licensure in Special Education (as required for the placement).
• Commitment to a full 2026–2027 school-year assignment at approximately 30 hours per week.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
