Allied Universal is hiring a Full-Time Site Manager with Secret Security Clearance in Robertson, Saint Louis County. This on-site leadership role focuses on overseeing security and facility operations, and requires an active Secret-level security clearance or the demonstrated ability to obtain one.

About the Role

You'll manage all operational activities at your assigned facility, ensuring security protocols are executed consistently, staff performance remains high, and client expectations are met or exceeded. As Site Manager, you'll balance strategic oversight with operational accountability, reporting to regional leadership while making autonomous, site-level decisions that protect assets and maintain service excellence.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise security personnel and support staff, including scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and professional development
• Enforce all security procedures, access control protocols, and incident response procedures across your site
• Conduct regular facility inspections, patrols, and audits to verify compliance with client contracts and company standards
• Investigate and respond to security incidents and emergencies; document findings and complete required incident reports
• Manage client relationships, handle site-specific communications, and coordinate with regional and corporate teams
• Maintain security-related documentation, access logs, personnel records, and compliance files required for clearance verification and audits
• Analyze operational challenges and recommend actionable improvements to security effectiveness, efficiency, or service delivery

What We're Looking For

• Current Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one immediately
• Proven experience leading security operations, managing security teams, or directing facility management
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking capabilities
• Ability to work on-site in Robertson full-time and respond to operational needs as they arise
• Professional presence, sound judgment, and unwavering commitment to security standards
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends when required
