Role Overview

The Site Director plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of KinderCare's early childhood education programs. This full-time position is based at Peterson Air Force Base in El Paso County and requires a dedicated professional to lead a team of educators, maintain high standards of care, and foster an inclusive learning environment for children.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the KinderCare Learning Center, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement comprehensive educational programs that align with state and national early childhood education standards.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment for children by adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Recruit, train, and support staff members to ensure high-quality care and instruction.
• Collaborate with families to create personalized learning plans that meet the unique needs of each child.

Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field is required.
• At least three years of experience as an early childhood educator, with at least one year in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with families, staff, and community partners.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that values diversity and promotes equity.
