About This Position

Welcome to the Rochester Knowledge Beginnings team at KinderCare Education! As a full-time teacher in our early childhood education center, you will play a crucial role in shaping young lives by fostering an environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment that encourages curiosity and exploration
• Engage with families to build strong partnerships and communicate children's progress regularly
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
• Support the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child under your care

Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of an Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is required
• CDA (Child Development Associate) or other relevant certifications are preferred but not mandatory
• Passionate about early childhood education and committed to making a positive impact on young lives
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and families
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
