About the Role
As a senior manager within our ServiceNow Business Group, you'll lead complex digital platform engagements where technology and business strategy converge. This position combines hands-on technical oversight with strategic client partnership, positioning you at the center of how enterprises modernize operations through cloud-native ServiceNow deployments. You'll manage delivery timelines, budget, and team performance while ensuring client success metrics are exceeded.
What You'll Do
- Direct end-to-end delivery of large-scale ServiceNow platform implementations and modernization programs
- Build and mentor high-performing delivery teams across technical, functional, and consulting disciplines
- Manage client relationships, project scope, risk mitigation, and change management for enterprise accounts
- Drive architectural decisions and technical governance on ServiceNow platform configurations, integrations, and customizations
- Oversee quality assurance, testing strategies, and go-live readiness for production deployments
- Collaborate across Accenture's cloud practices—AWS, Azure, Google Cloud—to deliver integrated platform solutions
- Develop and execute delivery methodologies that accelerate time-to-value and client ROI
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of ServiceNow implementation and delivery experience, with 3+ years in a leadership or senior management capacity
- Deep technical expertise across ServiceNow modules (IT Service Management, Platform Engineering, Workflow, Integration Hub, or Enterprise applications)
- Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar, multi-phase transformation programs for enterprise clients
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and translate business requirements into delivery strategy
- Experience leading and scaling high-performing teams across geographically distributed organizations
- ServiceNow certification(s) and familiarity with agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
