What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow platform delivery engagements, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution and exceptional client satisfaction
• Oversee and develop high-performing delivery teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement
• Manage stakeholder relationships at the C-suite level, translating business requirements into robust platform strategies
• Drive process optimization and change management initiatives that unlock organizational efficiency and digital maturity
• Ensure governance, quality, and compliance standards across all delivery phases of ServiceNow implementations
• Partner with cloud provider ecosystems (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to integrate best-in-class solutions
• Identify and mentor emerging talent, building institutional knowledge within the ServiceNow practice

What We're Looking For

• Proven senior-level experience delivering enterprise ServiceNow implementations and platform transformations
• Strong track record managing large-scale teams and multi-million-dollar engagements
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow administration, development, and architectural best practices
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with enterprise stakeholders and C-level executives
• Knowledge of industry-specific processes and the ability to translate them to platform capabilities
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred
