What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor crew members, fostering a positive, collaborative restaurant environment
• Monitor service quality and food preparation, ensuring consistency with Chipotle's standards
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement solutions in real time
• Support restaurant management in training, scheduling, and crew development
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and health compliance throughout your shift
• Handle cash, payment systems, and basic financial responsibilities
• Build genuine relationships with customers and respond to feedback with care
