Position Summary

We are currently seeking a passionate, energetic, and engaging Service Coordinator to join our team. Based in Pinjarra and reporting to the Lead Service Planner, you will be responsible for planning and executing service, repair, and maintenance work through the assigned team of Technicians in Western Australia.

Your Responsibilities

• Organising and maintaining Field Technician induction & training records
• Planning and scheduling service, repair, and maintenance activities
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely completion of work orders
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting on service performance
• Supporting the Lead Service Planner in developing strategies for improving service efficiency

What You Bring

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the industrial services sector
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of Technicians
• Familiarity with service management systems and processes
