This full-time role focuses on equity administration support for candidates ready to build expertise in the field.

The Opportunity

As Senior Stock Administrator at Compass you will deliver essential day-to-day backing for equity administration while partnering with People & Culture, Accounting, and Payroll to keep equity programs operating efficiently. The position suits a meticulous professional with a genuine interest in equity compensation careers and operates entirely from a designated Hub office. Base compensation falls between $100,000 and $111,000 and may adjust according to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience; bonuses and restricted stock units may form part of the overall package together with a full benefits suite. Actual base pay reflects market location and always satisfies applicable minimum wage rules.

Your Responsibilities

  • Respond to equity plan participants about Compass equity offerings, addressing questions or concerns on vesting, transactions, enrollment, and similar matters while applying escalation protocols when appropriate
  • Revise and keep current the participant-facing FAQ materials as well as training content so answers about equity stay accurate and accessible
  • Help carry out routine administration of the company’s equity plans, including ISO/NQs, RSUs/PSUs, and ESPP
  • Support creation and refinement of equity-related policies and procedures
  • Examine participant feedback together with operational metrics to recommend process improvements and automation possibilities
  • Monitor current regulations and industry developments that affect equity compensation
  • Aid the Director of Stock Administration on assigned special projects

What You Bring

  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree
  • Minimum of two years administering equity compensation plans inside a public company
  • Earlier work with the Shareworks by Morgan Stanley equity platform and Workday HRIS is preferred
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation is preferred but not mandatory
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Basic grasp of United States federal and state taxation concepts
  • Enthusiasm for customer experience that helps equity holders comprehend and value their company ownership
  • History of acting as the go-to person for concrete issues and producing workable solutions
  • Strong interpersonal, spoken, and written communication plus collaboration skills, combined with readiness to learn and develop
  • Capability to oversee multiple complex projects concurrently
