Customer Service Administrator – $18–$21/hr

Towne Properties is hiring a full-time Customer Service Administrator at our Carolina Regional Office in North Hills, Wake County, paying $18–$21 per hour. If you excel at building relationships and solving problems with professionalism and care, we'd like to meet you.

The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll be the front line of support for our residents and business partners. You'll work a predictable Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM schedule, plus Friday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM, giving you structure and time to balance work and life.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and online channels with professionalism and attention to detail
• Process service requests, maintenance work orders, lease inquiries, and administrative documentation accurately and promptly
• Maintain organized records and update customer accounts to ensure consistency across the team
• Coordinate between residents, maintenance staff, and management to resolve issues and follow up on outcomes
• Assist with scheduling appointments, site tours, and administrative events
• Support the regional office with general administrative tasks that keep operations running smoothly
