About the Role

As the Director of Corporate Strategy at RxBenefits, you will report directly to the VP of Strategy & Corporate Development and partner with leaders throughout the organization. In this full-time, on-site position in Winooski, you will help define and execute strategy at the company, product, and functional levels, operating within a lean and high-impact Corporate Strategy team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to shape and advance company-wide, product, and functional strategic initiatives.
• Translate enterprise priorities into actionable plans that fuel sustainable growth and operational excellence.
• Apply deep healthcare and business insight to guide critical decision-making across the organization.
• Support strategic and corporate development efforts in close coordination with senior leadership.

• Proven experience as a strategist, ideally within the healthcare sector.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to connect strategy to measurable enterprise outcomes.
• A track record of partnering effectively with leaders across multiple functions and levels.
