What You'll Do

- Analyze market trends, listener behavior, and platform performance to identify growth opportunities and optimize content placement
- Partner with labels, artists, and internal teams to develop promotional strategies that drive engagement and reach
- Manage key channel partnerships, negotiate terms, and ensure alignment with label and creator objectives
- Develop performance metrics and reporting frameworks to track strategy effectiveness and inform future initiatives
- Contribute to company-wide projects that expand The Orchard's presence in family music and entertainment
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in channel management, music distribution, or digital strategy roles
- Demonstrated success developing and executing multi-channel strategies
- Strong understanding of the kids and family entertainment market
