Property Manager

About the Role

In this hands-on position, you'll oversee the full operational scope of multi-family communities in the Atlanta area. You'll work directly with residents, ownership, and teams to ensure exceptional service delivery, maintain property standards, and support owner investment success. The role offers a salary of $72,000 annually plus performance bonus.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations including tenant relations, lease administration, and move-in/move-out coordination
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects to preserve property value
• Monitor budgets, rental rates, and financial performance; prepare reports for ownership
• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws, building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
• Lead on-site teams; resolve tenant concerns and maintain community standards
• Conduct property inspections and manage vendor relationships

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing multi-family residential properties or similar real estate operations
• Strong knowledge of property management practices, lease administration, and applicable regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with residents, staff, owners, and vendors
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
• Service-oriented mindset with commitment to hands-on management
• Proficiency with property management software and standard office technology preferred
